Compassion Fatigue? Hands on Resilience for Health Care Professionals

Following the North Bay fires, there are thousands of people traumatized by the loss of their homes, pets and  even family members.   Many health care providers continue to serve others in spite of their own losses.  In order to heal as a community we need to take care of those that are taking care of every one else:  Nurses, Doctors, Chaplains, Social Workers, Therapists, Counselors, teachers…. and many people who may not officially be caregivers , but have generously stepped up and beyond the call of duty to support family, friends and complete strangers.

The outpouring of support has been deeply moving and we have a couple years plus to go to get everyone back on their feet.

RESILIENCE is the key and to that end we are offering a special self-care Hands on Resilience workshop Saturday Feb 24th  2:00-4:45pm.    See flier below:
